Unused items in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund, exchange, or store credit, unless marked final sale.
How to start a return
Sign in to My Account → Orders and submit a return request, or contact support with your order number. Approved returns receive an RMA and instructions.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the return. Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
